Are you ready?!?

Have you started preparing to run the 5k yet??  We only have 47 days until it's Race Day!!!

If you haven't started training yet, I'd recommend starting a program soon.  There are TONS of sites that introduce people to running slowly.  A popular intro-training program is C25k (Couch to 5k).

If you are already a runner and have other suggestions for the newbies, feel free to comment and let us know what worked for you!!
